How milestone payments reach you
Verbena LMS does not hold your bank details
- This platform tracks your hours, milestones and payment eligibility. It does not move money and does not store a routing or account number anywhere.
- Payments are issued by the Alliance's finance team through the same system that pays their other obligations. Your banking information lives there, not here.
How a payment actually happens
- You reach a milestone with your tasks complete and your hours pace above the threshold.
- The platform marks that payment eligible and shows program staff why.
- A staff member approves it. That approval is written to the audit log with their name, the amount and the timestamp.
- Finance issues the payment from the approved list on their normal cycle.
Setting up or changing where payments go
- Direct deposit is set up once with the Alliance's finance team during onboarding, outside this platform.
- If your bank details change, contact your program staff. Do not send account numbers through messages here; nothing in this platform is built to hold them.
