Milestone payment schedule
Milestone 1: Month 3
Trigger: three months of qualifying employment with hours pace above the threshold.
Stipend: $2,000 plus a $500 professional-development fund payment, issued by Alliance finance within 10 business days of staff approval.
Milestone 2: Month 9
Trigger: nine months of qualifying employment with hours pace above the threshold.
Stipend: $2,000.
Milestone 3: Month 15
Trigger: fifteen months of qualifying employment with hours pace above the threshold.
Stipend: $2,000 plus a $500 professional-development fund payment.
Milestone 4: Licensure
Trigger: license issued by the state board, around month 23.
Stipend: $2,300 plus a $250 professional-development fund payment.
